St Brigid's Day 2026

St Brigid's Day is widely celebrated throughout the parish of Liscannor and Moymore, and especially here in Liscannor N.S. where children made St Brigid's Crosses and Brídógs. 

Our thanks to Daire and Annie for coming in to help the children with these activities. We appreciate their time and knowledge in teaching the children the old traditions and passing on the legend of St Brigid and her life and times.
